Sîpan, who has been in Rojava for 18 months, said that the most inspiring thing for him is to be “defending the revolution, not as a theoretical concept but as a very real practice. Everything is real, the revolution is being practiced by Kurdish people every day here.”
Sîpan added that “what is offered here is a solution and a model for the liberation of all people, not just the people of the Middle East. We can look at this as our revolution as well because of the principles it is rooted on, ecology, democracy and the liberation of women.”
