Her Is A Short Bio Of Melody Ghaderi ,
Hello,my dear Kurdish sisters and brothers, I hope you are all doing well. My name is Melody Ghaderi, and I am from Maple, Ontario. Currently, I am in the Miss World Canada competition with 52 girls. I am surrounded by beautiful and passion-driven women. The preliminary and final competition will occur between the week of Sunday, November 1st, and Saturday, November 7th, 2020.
The girl with the highest number of votes automatically advances to the top 20. The winner will be announced on Saturday, November 7th, 2020. Miss World Canada will crown one girl that poses both inner and outer beauty, with the most meaningful project and charity work.
My project is a mentoring program that I have launched for immigrants and refugees. Most of my educational, volunteer and work background has been assisting immigrants and refugees to integrate into Canada. After volunteering at the Welcome Centre Immigrants and Refugees and the YMCA Employment Centre, I noticed that immigrants sometimes do not have access to their resources to reach their goals. Every day I would see things that could make it challenging for them to access these resources, including lack of transportation, language barriers, and limited operating hours, to name a few.
Now more than ever, with the impact of COVID, employment is such an essential topic that I believe requires more attention. For more details in regard to the program, please feel free to email me. Aside from working with immigrants and refugees, I am a young aspiring singer-songwriter here in Canada. Our voting for Miss World Canada takes place the week of November 1. I will post the link once we receive it. It would mean a lot if I could receive the support of all my Kurdish sisters and brothers.
Winning Miss World Canada would allow me to represent a beautiful, diverse country and our community. I aim to lead with kindness, love and truth in everything I do.
Thank you so much to all my Kurdish sisters and brothers. Zor supas
Love, Melody ❤
